***Any year in which an institution pays an Accreditation Renewal Fee, the institution pays no additional Annual Membership Fee. The Annual Membership Fee is included in the Accreditation Renewal Fee

Initial Accreditation is for a duration of 4 years.

First Accreditation Renewal Evaluation is during the 4th year, approval is for a duration of 7 years.

Subsequent Renewal Evaluations are during the 7th year.
